Cell Tech Tissue Culture Lab, founded in 2018 in Karalmanna (Palakkad), is a banana-focused tissue culture lab co-founded by Naseera Kollath and her team. Their mission is simple but powerful: to empower local farmers with high-quality, disease-free banana seedlings — grown using modern tissue culture techniques.
Each plant is a precise clone from carefully selected elite mother plants — ensuring uniformity, vigor, early flowering, and higher yields. Unlike traditional propagation, this method eliminates viruses and soil-borne pathogens, giving farmers a strong, reliable start.
